City Hall is a prominent 1930’s built civic building containing substantial office, assembly and retail space.

The building has been fully repaired and refurbished to provide quality office space for 500 local authority staff. Large assembly areas have been reinvigorated to service both civic and public function. Structural works include extensive concrete repair, drainage replacement, provision of plant support decks, plant enclosures, new floor openings, floor infill, raised floors and lift alterations/extension.
