Conversion of existing Grade II listed building to provide an array of Imperial Suites with a high quality finish.
The scheme included repair and refurbishment of an existing detached Georgian building to provide luxurious five star accommodation. The repair/refurbishment was sympathetic to the history of the building, retaining the existing features such as the wattle and daub horse hair ceiling to maintain original character. The proposed structural alterations were designed to be as unobtrusive as possible. The structural adequacy of the existing building was established using first principles.
