The design and construction of a new 150,000 sq.ft corporate office building, constructed on Acornfield Road, Knowsley Industrial Park.

We designed a three-storey reinforced concrete ‘flat-slab’ structure, to minimise internal column positions and to maximise clear zones below the floor slabs for lateral service distribution.

This project also included extensive civil engineering works externally, including open-ditch/water-course diversions, culverts and SUDS drainage design.
