    UPP entered an agreement with Nottingham Trent University (NTU) to provide new student accommodation on the Clifton Campus to provide 727 units. NTU have an active policy of dissuading students from using cars while attending the University.

    The total project comprises of six, four storey blocks in a fully landscaped area, with all plant rooms situated in the roof space.

    The sub-structures are either piled or ground bearing reinforced concrete ground beams and suspended floors due to the nature of the clay soils and the potential for heave following removal of mature trees.
