Demolition, redevelopment and extension of an existing school to accommodate 750 pupils aged 11 to 19. The newly developed school will allow the amalgamation of two existing schools.

The works comprise the demolition of the existing nursery school and the construction of a new three-storey building, including foyer area, assembly hall, dining hall, dance and drama studios, music rooms, science rooms and general classrooms. The building will also include a roof top terrace for outdoor learning.

An existing Grade II Listed Victorian building on the site is being renovated and re-modelled to provide a new main entrance, Learning Resource Centre, classrooms and Sixth Form Social Area.
