One City Place is the first office building within Muse Developments’ planned £100m Central Business Quarter in Chester.
The 70,000 sq ft building next to Chester Railway Station is the first of seven offices due to be built as part of the 500,000 sq ft business quarter.
The building is a state-of-the-art Grade A office facility which has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating through the use of sustainable materials and construction techniques. There is a large ground floor foyer and reception inside the building, topped off with five upper office floors. The large, efficient floorplates are arranged around a central core and offer occupiers maximum flexibility for their workplace design. The building also boasts underground parking as well as hard and soft landscaping.
