A 10000m2 extension to the 40000m2
Highbay Warehouse and Distribution facility
located on Knowsley Industrial Park.

The building was designed to support high
bay racking systems and automated conveyor
systems. The ground slab was specified and
designed to support a uniformly distributed
load of 70kN/m2 to provide considerable
flexibility in terms or racking layouts and
mezzanine floors. External Parking for an
additional 150 lorries was also provided on a
7000m2 yard extension.
