Our pre-contract services included:

• Site inspection of properties to ascertain current structural condition and to identify any visual defects
• Liaison with the council to confirm overall scope of proposed works
• Preparation of schedule of rates contract, specifications and drawings
• Compiling and submitting the Planning and Building Regulations applications
• Preparing and issuing seven Party Wall Notices
• Negotiating the contract sum with the framework contractor

Our post-contract services included:

• Contract administration
• Part-time inspections during the contract period and at the end of the defects period
• Principal Designer duties (Quantity Surveyor and Clerk of Works duties undertaken by Mid Suffolk District Council for the duration of the contract)
