    Snowhill Two is the larger twin of Snowhill One and is a BREEAM Excellent development providing flexible, open plan Category A office accommodation with typical floor plates of approximately 24,000 sq ft.

    A total of 313,000 sq ft of office space across 14 floors is arranged around a stunning steel-framed glazed atrium and there are 8,000 sq ft of units at ground floor providing space for restaurants or retail.

    The project also included the design and installation of a 220m long ‘Green Wall’ with feature lighting alongside the Snowhill railway station. The Green Wall was the largest in Europe at the time of construction.
