We were appointed by Sports Direct to provide structural engineering services on this new three storey steel framed building structure, located on the site of the former Vernon Pools HQ, opposite Aintree Race Course.

In addition to our structural engineering duties, we were also engaged to advise with regard to the engineering/construction issues surrounding a main sewer which crosses the site and a shared boundary with Network Rail.
