A new headquarters building providing 14,400 m² of space for 640 workstations, meeting rooms, games room, dining room and parking provision on site for 330 vehicles.
The building superstructure comprised of a six-storey, braced, hot rolled, structural steelwork frame. Delta beams support long span precast units of up to 17m to create large open floor areas and are within the depth, reducing the overall structural floor zone and building height. Also, the sloping site topography was used as an advantage in the site master-planning, to create basement level car parking for 190 vehicles.
