The project comprises of the demolition of an existing six storey RC framed superstructure with the existing single storey basement retained. The site is located close to St Pauls Cathedral and has frontage along Cannon Street. A new seven storey steel framed structure is to be constructed and designed to BCO standards.
We provided transport planning advice for the proposed developmen and had pre application discussions with Officers at the City of London regarding transportation, service and waste collection matters. We agreed to provide a Transport Statement, a Framework Travel Plan and a Construction Management Plan.
Our Transport Planning team undertook various consultations with adjoining property owners and managers to explain the nature of the scheme and improvements pertaining to the way existing and future deliveries and waste collection are accommodated.
