The project is to be delivered by University Partnerships Programme (UPP), who will maintain ownership and manage the properties on behalf of the University of Hull.
12 blocks will provide 1,450 new bed spaces. Each block varies between four and nine storeys, and is clad with either a masonry outer leaf or rainscreen cladding.
The scheme will expand the student accommodation on campus and will offer a range of single rooms, and one bedroom apartments.
