Insite | The Starting Point for Existing Buildings

Our bespoke Insite service helps clients maintain the structural integrity of their built assets and confidently plan for their forward use.

With deep expertise in the maintenance, refurbishment and retrofit of existing buildings, our team identifies structural and compliance risks and provides a clear, actionable pathway to remediation and reuse.

From investigation and remedial solution design to ongoing support, we coordinate every stage across all building types and sectors, both public and private.

Our innovative approach often uncovers smarter, more cost-effective solutions that reduce risk and protect reputations.

Start with Insite. Let’s unlock the potential of your buildings.

Why Insite?

Insite offers a consistent, structured approach across building typologies, ages and forward use needs. Clients come to us for Insight on individual buildings or an entire portfolio that:

  • Have limited existing information

  • Lack a structural risk profile in their Safety Management Plan (SMP)

  • Have no road map for future use

  • Are classified as Higher-Risk Residential Buildings (HRRB)

Through our bespoke phased process, aligned with the Building Safety Act, we deliver baseline information that prepares buildings for a Building Safety Case, asset transitions or the next steps in their forward use. We tailor our approach to client drivers including quality, digital integration, time, cost and sustainability.

  • Unacceptable Risks

This foundation enables us to support clients through the next steps for their existing buildings, coordinated with the RIBA Plan of Work 2020 and Golden Thread requirements.
