Project Overview
This project provided a modern and flexible workplace for over 1000 Merseyside Police Authority team members. The project allowed staff from several existing outdated facilities to relocate into a single, purpose built 137,000ft2 headquarters building with modern, open-plan offices, meeting rooms, and break-out spaces. The sustainable design was intended to save the Authority over £250,000 per year in operational costs.

The Challenge
As part of this appointment we were part of the feasibility team which provided due diligence on several sites identifying site abnormals and risks prior to selection.
Our Solution
We provided our bespoke Foursite Due Diligence Service at the option appraisal stage to enable the client to select the most appropriate site option.
