Our team act as the Custodian of the Technical Masterplan, and as owners of flooding, drainage and earthworks intelligence to ensure a holistic and controlled process across a project. 

An Enabling Works Package can offer significant cost savings by allowing clients to engage directly with a specialist remediation contractor rather than a main contractor. This approach helps identify and mitigate risks early in the design process, reducing the likelihood of delays or unexpected costs as the project progresses.
