Great Places Housing Group has announced its Innovation Chain North framework, and we are delighted to have been successful for Site Investigation Services in both the East and West areas.

The four-year framework will run until 2028 and has been designed to support delivery of new homes across the north of England, with an investment of £1.5 billion. It will not only to support Great Places’ affordable development programme, but also other Housing Associations and Local Authorities operating across the north of England. We’re pleased to be able to bring our experience in this sector to the programme and enhance the provision of housing in the north.

A key priority for the framework and the appointment of successful consultants was evidence of social value contributions. Curtins was built on pro-social initiatives, and these continue to be the bedrock of our approach. We look forward to contributing positively to communities through the framework.
