Magistrates and Crown Court facility (4000m2
approximately) in Caernarfon to serve the
Gwynedd County Council area.
A four court facility was required all of which
had fixed docks and served by a single custody
core. It also needed jury and witness facilities,
court administration and Welsh Language Unit.
The building has been designed to be DDA
compliant, in line with the governments
‘Better Public Building’ initiative.
