The office is entirely wheelchair accessible with DDA compliant toilet facilities. The entrance from the street is through an automatic gate and via a ramp, you will come to the building’s front door which is also automatic. Our office is on the first floor and is accessed via a lift.

We’re not hard to spot – the entrance to 40 Compton Street’s Courtyard is via a boldly painted front gate mural.
Train / London Underground: Our nearest underground stop is Barbican (0.6miles), and we’re not far from Farringdon. Both lines connect from Euston Square, which is 4 minutes by foot or wheels from London Euston train station.
Car: There is a small number of kerbside parking bays outside of our office and a Just Park at Brewhouse Yard 0.2 miles away. Curtins is supporting Related Argent on Brent Cross Town, a major new neighbourhood in North London. Built using the hyTower structural system, Plot 14 comprises three mixed-use residential buildings of up to 12 storeys, providing 286 build-to-rent new homes, retail space and a basement car park, contributing to the creation of a vibrant and sustainable new neighbourhood.

A flagship office building within Brent Cross Town and a landmark example of Modern Methods of Construction, the scheme was delivered through close collaboration between multiple stakeholders. It stands as one of Europe’s tallest hybrid structures, combining precast concrete, structural steel, composite beams, and cross‑laminated timber (CLT).

Curtins delivered civil engineering solutions for the refurbishment of West Norwood Cemetery, tackling drainage and subsidence issues threatening listed heritage structures.

A new high quality acute hospital, using sustainable construction methods. The new healthcare facility accommodates clinical wards, office space, educational facilities, and a wellbeing hub.
