2025 marks a proud moment for us - the 15-year anniversary of our Transport Planning specialism. Since its inception in 2010, led by Tony Dolan (now retired) and Board Director Alex Vogt, our transport planning service has grown into a core part of our business, delivering critical advice and solutions on some of the UK’s most high-profile projects.

Project Highlights

Our journey has seen organic growth and increasing impact, with recent involvement in landmark developments such as: 

• Embassy Village, the UK’s first purpose-built centre supporting those facing homelessness in Manchester city centre. 

• Cleve Hill Solar Park, a new facility supporting 350MW of solar generation (currently the UK’s largest in operation), combined with 1350MW of battery storage.   

• Bidder Street Data Centre, close to London’s Canary Wharf, is a highly sustainable development that will reuse or recycle 95% of waste, whilst sourcing low-carbon recycled materials for construction. 

• North Manchester General Hospital and 

• Airedale Hospital, two major new hospital schemes as part of the Government’s new hospital programme.

• New Jackson, a world-class skyscraper district and a new community in the heart of Manchester city centre. 

• Fiddlers Ferry Power Station, one of the largest brownfield sites in the North West, with Phase 1 delivering 1.5m sqft of employment floor space. 

• Southwark OSD, one of the largest Over Station Developments in London, is delivering student accommodation and affordable housing above a busy, operational station that is currently progressing towards Grade I listing. 

• Watson Street Masterplan, one of the biggest regeneration opportunities in the North West, is a mixed-use scheme including over 750 homes, 150,000sqft commercial and an extensive public realm. 

As we celebrate 15 years of innovation and progress, we’re excited for what lies ahead. Our team continues to push boundaries, deliver outstanding results, and shape transport solutions that genuinely make a difference. 
 
In testament to our stable team that continues to grow organically, we have 25 Transport Planners across the north and south of England serving the whole of the UK. We're delighted to introduce our newest senior team member, Alex Hulme who joins as an Associate in the North, alongside Carl Peers and Alex Vogt.
