2025 has been a huge year for us as we celebrated our 65th anniversary. We’re proud to look back on the milestones that reflect our values and the achievements that define who we are.

At Curtins, integrity lies at the heart of everything we do. We say what we mean and mean what we say. It’s the constant in our choices, building trust, honesty, fairness, and respect with colleagues and clients alike.

Leadership Transition

One of our most significant highlights this year was a leadership transition. At the start of 2025, Neil Parkinson stepped into the role of CEO, succeeding Rob Melling, who retired after an incredible 43 years with the business. Neil brought over 30 years of experience to the role and, having started his career at Curtins as an apprentice, embodies our commitment to nurturing talent and supporting progression within the company.

Awards & Recognition

Our success has also been recognised externally, with over 15 award wins and nominations for our business more than 50 projects. Highlights include:

These achievements reflect not only the quality of our work but also the values that guide us every day.
